Electronically file your legal documents by Attorney’s Certified Services for secure e-Filing to courts that accept e-Filing. You can e-File multiple documents in a single case for a single transaction fee. Pricing:
The document is “Filed” at the date and time it is received by the court and the confirmation of receipt is created. Any electronically filed document received by the Court on or after midnight will be file stamped on the next court day. Exceptions are Superior Court of California, Orange County – Court Deadline* (PST) 12:00AM and Superior Court of California, San Francisco County – Court Deadline* (PST 4:00PM)

Simply login to your account, upload your court documents through our site and submit your documents to any California court that accepts e-Filing. Upon acceptance from the court, we’ll provide you a stamped, conformed copy.

Pricing:
The document is “Filed” at the date and time it is received by the court and the confirmation of receipt is created. Exemptions are Superior Court of California, San Francisco County – 3:30PM (Pacific Time) and Superior Court of California, Orange County  – 4:30PM (Pacific Time). If you do not wish to submit your documents through our portal, you may send them to us on your daily route, or via Customer Service email and Attorney’s Certified Services will process your E-Filing for an additional convenience fee, plus court filing fees as follows:

Attorney’s Certified Services has the sole discretion to determine the fees charged for using its website or services. Fees for Attorney’s Certified Services may vary by location, service level and/or the amount of time spent completing service.

** When requested by customers, Attorney’s Certified Services will submit court filing fees required by court rule or statute. Customers can pay via ACH (eCheck) to avoid a convenience fee being charged on fees processed and remitted by Attorney’s Certified Services in accordance with applicable law. This fee only applies when filing fees are required by the Court and the fee will be reflected on the invoice.
